Clean, neat nails please, chipped nail varnish is an absolute no-no. Clean & tidy hair, you don't have to tie it back if it's long, just make sure it's under control. A little make up, mascara and lip gloss will give you a more professional edge, and don't forget to make sure your shoes are clean and polished!
